An international double degree can be obtained in the MBA program too. This means that, in addition to the Master's degree at the ISM in Dortmund, you can also obtain a second, internationally recognized MBA degree freom our partner university in United States, the City University of Seattle. The decisive step for your international career is supported by the expansion of your personal network with international students and lecturers. In addition, you will consolidate your linguistic and intercultural skills with a double degree.
The individual coaching during the course of study in the MBA program General Management provides a direct practical reference to the current professional and personal environment of the students. It also includes career counseling. With the help of a professional coach, the students determine their personality structure and future development goals and thus optimize their leadership qualifications.
Competences in the areas of: communication behavior, cooperation and team behavior, conflict management as well as leadership skills and leadership style perfect the coaching during the course and enable personal and professional restructuring and further development.
Note: If you have not studied a Bachelor's degree in the economics field or if your quantitative ECTS points are not sufficient, you can qualify yourself for your postgraduate MBA studies with demonstrated work experience after your first degree.
