The full-time MBA in General Management is a classic one-year MBA degree in the area of general business management. This management MBA program enables our students to expand their business administration and management knowledge and creates the ideal prerequisites for a leadership or executive position in any business.

The MBA in management develops and shapes the next generation of business leaders and is addressed at graduates with some previous existing work experience (two-three years) seeking to further level up their management skills and tackle the challenges of strategic leadership on an international level.

Theory and practice are closely intertwined in this business MBA program, taught at a private business school which is focused on management programs. An international double degree can be obtained in the MBA program too. This means that, in addition to the Master's degree at the ISM, you can also obtain a second, internationally recognized MBA degree in ca. two years. The decisive step for your international career is supported by the expansion of your personal network with international students and lecturers. In addition, you will consolidate your linguistic and intercultural skills with a double degree.

The individual coaching during the course of study in the MBA program General Management provides a direct practical reference to the current professional and personal environment of the students. It also includes career counseling. With the help of a professional coach, the students determine their personality structure and future development goals and thus optimize their leadership qualifications.

Competences in the areas of: communication behavior, cooperation and team behavior, conflict management as well as leadership skills and leadership style perfect the coaching during the course and enable personal and professional restructuring and further development.

• A successfully completed Bachelor's degree (if you have not graduated yet the transcript of records demonstrating at least 210 ECTS) or
• an equivalent course of study at a university or university of applied sciences or a foreign university of equivalent level, and
• examinations must be at least 30 ECTS points in the field of business sciences.
• Proof of English language skills (if available), equivalent to the B2 level, for eg. TOEFL, IELTS 6.0 or other (only needed if the medium of instruction in your high school/university was not English)

Note: If you have not studied a Bachelor's degree in the economics field or if your quantitative ECTS points are not sufficient, you can qualify yourself for your postgraduate MBA studies with demonstrated work experience after your first degree.
